JV Life Tracker encourages consistency, self-awareness, and mindfulness. It gives you an easy way to score multiple points for more difficult or time-consuming activities. Getting just a single point for something challenging hardly seems worth it!

Let’s suppose you want to track your exercise ritual. You can reward yourself with 30 (or more) points for doing the whole routine, plus give yourself individual points for the components.

Let’s suppose you do back exercises, ham string stretches, quad stretches, strength training, the plank, plus a number of different yoga poses. You can put each of these exercises on your Master Activity List and quickly check them off each day you do them. Just export your Master Activity List to a date each day, which can be done easily.

You can do all of these activities and more. Your list is limited only by your imagination. Add something to your list you have never done. JV Life Tracker will be there EVERY day to remind you, motivating you to leap forward and do it.

When you want to see what you have accomplished for a week (or longer), JV Life Tracker can run a report between any two dates (it does not have to begin on Sunday), and see how your efforts are stacking up over time. If you want, you can run a report for three months for example, breaking the report by month, week, or even day. JV Life Tracker can run separate reports for any subset of activities. Just create a filter with the activities for each report in Filter List.

You can add or subtract activities from your list ANY time. You do not have to start everything on New Year’s Day and then give up before the end of January, because when it comes right down to it, EVERY day is New Year’s Day. Gradually add activities day after day to reflect the complexity of your life.
